Day delegate rates

30 Pavilion Road is an ideal venue for meetings and conferences. The Stone Hall and Library are perfect for conference registration, tea and coffee breaks and your location for a seated luncheon while your meeting takes place upstairs in the Ballroom.

  • The package includes the following:
  • Hire of 30 Pavilion Road with access from 07.30am until 5.00pm, vacated by 5.30pm
  • Welcome registration tea and coffee, with a selection of mini Danish pastries and croissants
  • Mid morning coffee and tea break with a selection of cookies
  • Buffet lunch with mineral water
  • Afternoon tea break with coffee and hand made shortbread biscuits
  • Registration desk with telephone
  • Bottle of mineral water per delegate, with boiled sweets, pad and pencil
  • All conference chairs, cutlery, glass, ice and service equipment
  • The attendance of a team of experienced waiting staff under the direction of our Banqueting Manager

There are two different package rates available, subject to a minimum number of 20 delegates.
